We are upgrading our system infrastructure to improve service resilience across Australia and align with SOC2 compliance. This upgrade requires a temporary service downtime.

Scheduled Downtime: Sunday 10th March 2024 at 1900 AEDST, expected duration up to 3 hours.

Impact: Images and Videos will not appear in Private Knowbys on the Knowby Pro iOS and Android Apps, and the Knowby Pro Web Application during the upgrade window.

Benefit: Enhanced availability and security of Knowby services.
